Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. A Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number will follow after dispatch.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active.
Any changes to delivery arrangements can be coordinated directly with DHL/Aramex.
Feathers is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, courier issues, or payment delays.
Exchange & Return Policy
- Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Sale items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Refunds are issued as a credit note only (no cash refunds). Credit notes are valid for 6 months and redeemable at all Feathers branches.
- For manufacturing defects or if the product is found damaged at the time of purchase, please contact the store manager or email online@feathers-fashion.com immediately.
