Exchange and return policy
1-If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased products you may exchange or return them within 14 days of purchase.
2-Exchange and return of purchased products during SALE are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
3-Exchange and return is only possible for unused products in their original packaging and subject to showing original receipt.
4-For returned items, no cash refund is possible. Instead a credit note will be issued, which can be used in all FEATHERS branches within 6 months.
5-For factory defects and damaged products on the time of purchase, Please contact the store manager or email our customer service department on online@feathers-fashion.com
