At Feathers, we ensure a seamless shopping experience with both domestic and international shipping facilitated by our trusted partners, DHL and Aramex. For domestic orders, revel in the delight of your purchase within 2-3 working days, while our international clientele can anticipate the arrival of their treasures in 4-5 working days. Free shipping graces orders above AED 500, and for those below AED 30. For international orders, shipping costs vary according to the rates provided by DHL.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon placing your order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email, followed by another email confirming the dispatch with your DHL/Aramex tracking details. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active. Any alterations to delivery arrangements can be made directly with DHL/Aramex.
Feathers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or payment transactions.
Exchange and return policy
1-If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased products you may exchange or return them within 14 days of purchase.
2-Exchange and return of purchased products during SALE are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
3-Exchange and return is only possible for unused products in their original packaging and subject to showing original receipt.
4-For returned items, no cash refund is possible. Instead a credit note will be issued, which can be used in all FEATHERS branches within 6 months.
5-For factory defects and damaged products on the time of purchase, Please contact the store manager or email our customer service department on info@feathers-fashion.com
